Can I cancel my order?

We cannot process order cancellations after 24 hours from the time of purchase. Address changes cannot be accommodated after order confirmation. Kindly double-check your address before finalizing your order.

    What is the return policy?

    We understand that circumstances may change. Therefore, we accept returns within 14 days from the date of your order. Please ensure that the product is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
    In the event of any issues with your order, please promptly email us pictures for assistance.

      When will I receive my order?

      Our standard processing time is 24-48 hours, starting from the day the order is placed until the following business day. Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow a few hours for the tracking information to update in the system. Shipping is typically 1-5 business days, resulting in a total delivery time of 5-8 business days. Please note that business days exclude weekends and holidays.

      What if my item gets lost or stolen?

      MarzDaily is not liable for packages lost or stolen after they have been scanned into the USPS system. Once a package is scanned, USPS assumes responsibility. If you do not receive your merchandise or miss the delivery, please contact USPS.COM or visit your local post office. Provide them with the tracking number supplied to you, and they will assist you in locating your merchandise or filing a claim. All our orders include $50.00 insurance at no additional cost.
